Ingredients: milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), sugar, cannabidiol (CBD), glazing agent (carnauba wax, beeswax), food coloring Green Apple R100 (E102, E133).

The method of use depends on the form of CBD you choose:

Oil: Swish CBD oil in your mouth and swallow after a minute.

Capsule: Place 1 capsule in your mouth and swallow immediately.

Gummies: Eat the lozenges like regular candy.

CBD is most effective when taken regularly daily.

- Take at the same time each day (morning and/or evening) 

- During meals (+/- 30 minutes). It is preferable that the foods contain fatty acids - this improves the absorption of CBD in the digestive system. 

Cannabidiol (CBD) dosage is individual and requires gradual conscious selection for you. If you are using CBD for the first time or have not yet determined your optimal CBD dosage: 

- Recommended initial daily dose – 15 milligrams (mg) of CBD (equivalent to 1 injection of 10% CBD oil or 1 capsule of 900 mg CBD capsules, 60 capsules of 15 mg CBD)

- If necessary, increase the dosage gradually, it is recommended once a week, focusing on your own well-being.

- After selecting an effective dose, do not increase it unnecessarily.

CBD is most effective with prolonged daily use—sometimes it takes two to six weeks for the effects of CBD to fully manifest.
