CBD quality and legality

We work exclusively within the legal framework and possess all the necessary documents, certificates, and licenses for professional activity in Ukraine. We import certified CBD raw materials from Europe, have documentation from state institutions confirming that cannabidiol is not a controlled substance, and additionally verify it in laboratories of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to control-confirm the absolute absence of narcotic THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol).

Our products are manufactured at validated Ukrainian chemical and pharmaceutical plants in accordance with global standards and the registered regulatory documentation for the entire portfolio of CBD products. Each batch of finished product is accompanied by quality certificates.

All products under the TM 100 CBD do not contain controlled forms of CBD raw materials (full spectrum or broad spectrum) and must indicate the amount of the active substance CBD per serving and in the package. This is important information for the conscious and effective use of CBD.
