Payment for Goods

Online payment via the website is accepted using the Plata by mono payment system to the Seller’s account. Cash on delivery through LLC Nova Poshta is also available. Please note: if you choose the “Cash on Delivery” option, a commission fee will be charged for the Nova Pay payment service according to the tariff – 2% of the purchase amount plus an additional 20 UAH for the transfer to the card.

Delivery of Goods within Ukraine

Delivery is carried out through the logistics company LLC Nova Poshta according to its tariffs and conditions. We operate Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Orders placed on weekends are accepted automatically and processed on business days. Such orders are dispatched on Monday, and delivery times depend on the operating conditions of LLC Nova Poshta.

Return Policy

According to the law, the Buyer may return Goods of proper quality within 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, the store reserves the right to decide whether to accept the return at its discretion. Only goods of proper quality, in the original packaging received upon delivery, are eligible for return. Goods that have been used are not accepted for return. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”

Refund Policy

Refunds are made to the Buyer’s bank card used for the payment. The Seller transfers the funds no later than 10 days from the date the returned goods are received at the Seller’s warehouse, subject to prior confirmation of the return.
